BIG BEAR LAKE, Calif. – Bear Valley Electric Service, Inc. (BVES) continued its tradition of giving back to the community during the holiday season by partnering with local organizations to donate $1,800 to families and individuals in the Big Bear area.
The donation was distributed to over 90 individuals and families with limited resources who may otherwise go without holiday meals this season.
“This annual donation is an event very near and dear to the hearts of BVES employees, and we take great pride in being able to give back to the community which gives so much to us year-round,” said Paul Marconi, BVES. This year, BVES partnered with the following community partners: Big Bear Lake Elks, Big Bear Lions Club, Jah Healing Church, The Journey Church, Hummingbird Project, Soroptimist Int. of Big Bear Valley, St. Columba’s Episcopal Church and St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
