A Preliminary Service Request (PSR) must be submitted to BVES, Inc. for New Construction & Services, Panel Upgrades & Relocations, Temporary Service, Solar Installations, and other related services.

Allow 2 to 4 weeks for Engineering to review any and all documents/plans pertaining to new construction, work orders and/or design. Review will be delayed if plans are incomplete.

If designs are required, please allow up to a minimum of 4 weeks additional for Engineering to complete.

Panel Upgrade Requirements

• Must provide cutsheet of the panel and or Switchgear to be utilized in the upgrade and or new construction.

• Must be received by BVES, Inc Engineering prior to Final (permanent) service.

• Must maintain a 3’x3’ unobstructed clearance around panel location.

New Construction Requirements

• Set of approved building plans.

• A bonified load schedule, preferably on building plans.

• A copy of the approved construction permit.

• Must provide cutsheet of the panel and or Switchgear to be utilized in the upgrade and or new construction.

• Construction schedule and equipment lead-time.

• Must be received by BVES, Inc Engineering prior to Final (permanent) service.
